Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Distribution V3P. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

  1. Return Period: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. Eligibility Criteria:

    • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
    • Boxes and packaging must be undamaged and in resalable condition.
    • Original receipt or equivalent proof of purchase must be provided

  3. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

    • Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged.
    • Items that have been used or installed.
    • Items that do not have their original packaging.

  5. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item(s).

  6. Refund Processing:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days to your original method of payment.
    • The refund amount will be the purchase price of your item(s) minus the 10% restocking fee.

  7. Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

  8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

  9. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. 

  10. Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
